A case for Intrepreneurs
A quote from Tim Ferris, listening to his podcast
“For better or for worse the American dream and the media machines that exist in our country highlight the entrepreneurs who seemingly throw caution to the wind and bet the farm and win big.
That is not how most entrepreneurs succeed and that is not how most humans achieve a life of fulfillment and achieve financial security and contentment.
There is no shame in determining that you are a really good lieutenant or general who can execute on orders and take something that would overwhelm someone in complexity (or fill in the blank parameter) and turn a plan into a reality.
It is a incredibly powerful gift.
And if you do this within the confines of a company it is no way indicative of a lower value than being a entrepreneur staring off into space trying to figure out what f*ck to do."

Intrapreneurs are extremely valuable in orgs. They are good 'rebels' who fight the corporate antibodies and create positive change, and are not often talked about or even well known. hashtag#intrapreneur hashtag#corporaterebel
