Self Care
"Remember that chocolate commercial"
She said,
"In a bubble bath,
a glass of wine on the ledge,
a person unwraps
a chocolate bar
That is how I viewed
Self Care.
But you know
If I did this every day,
I wouldn’t be healthy
Real self care
are the hard things
I do every day
that make me better
then I was yesterday."
The chocolate and wine?
Everyone should celebrate
Once in a while!
