Do three things:
- Have clear and focused objectives. Don’t boil the ocean, keep it simple, and achievable.
- Demonstrate a definitive and obvious payback (both, for the user of your product/service/capability and the business)
- Enroll, and create a great team to execute. (no great idea can survive bad execution) you have to have a fantastic team that will rally together and put their hearts and souls to make the project succeed.
